River Sands consists of 12 fully self contained one bedroom apartments situated on the river at Maroochydore but only 5 minutes from everywhere, Sunshine Plaza, Sunshine Coast Airport, beaches, hotels and restaurants.

At River Sands on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland you'll find fishing is at its best with the famous Cod Hole directly across the road. Sailing, Water Skiing, Wet Biking, House Boating or taking a River Cruise; all can be booked at the Booking Office. 

The Cod Hole Store and take away is only two doors away from River Sands for your convenience with a variety of crumbed fish that can be cooked while you open the Wine in your own kitchen overlooking the water. This is the easier alternative to catching your own.

Four minutes walk away is a great hotel and restaurant complex at Maroochy Waters, which includes the choice of Chinese, Pasta, and Family Fare. In the same small shopping village is included Doctors Surgery, Pharmacist, Bakery, Beauty Saloon and IGA supermarket.
